Never think that house sitting check lists are trivial, they aren’t, they are the method by which you make absolutely sure you have everything prepared before you go to a job, you have everything with you when you get to a job, you carry out everything the owner requires diligently while you are at a job and you don’t get caught out because you used too much electricity and you’re going to have to pay for it at the end of a job.
We use the following 11 checklists that you can add to as you see fit.
These will help you greatly with your house sitting jobs if you work through them diligently for each job and fill in as much information as you can against each where necessary:
Early Bird Checks:
- Passport expired?
- Driving License expired?
- Car Insurance?
- Car Road Tax?
- Credit/Debit Cards expiry dates?
- Car serviced?
